The hall contains the materials that reflect economic and political processes in Germany, the USSR and, in particular, in Ukraine at the beginning of the war; documents uncovering the reasons and developments of the WWII, social and political situation at the beginning of the war. The archive sources are exhibited that expose the Nazi plans towards Ukraine and its people.
