Engraved with gold-on-white marble pylons are the names of nearly 12 thousand and 201 persons granted the titles of Hero of the Soviet Union and Hero of Social Labor, respectfully, for their feats committed during the War. The hall is crowned with a model of the generalship Victory Order and a unique frieze, manufactured in a technique of smalt mosaic.
